Eyeball surf reportRecent Eyeball Surf Reports for Gisborne and Mahia

  1. The small long period south swell was just surfable on Monday afternoon with a few surfers and a coupld of SUPs out in clean knee to waist high waves on the rising tide. The NE breeze made it a bit ragged west of the surf club. Sunny.

Midway Beach - Gizzy Pipe, 46 km away
  2. Started small and clean but the new long period south swell slowly built during Monday afternoon with a few head-high set waves before I quit at 1:30pm, after low water. The NE breeze was just strong enough to put bumps on it. Clouds clearing.

    Blacks Reef, 13 km away
