Alright, Rusty here, giving it to you straight for Hilisataro.
We’ve got a solid two weeks ahead, so no long flat spells to complain about. This is a reef setup that’s strictly for the advanced crew – it demands skill.
It all kicks off Saturday, July 4th afternoon. Clean 3ft S swell, 12-second period. Water temp is 86°, right on the money for the season. Combined energy is moderate (535). Solid start.
Sunday, July 5th cranks up. Morning has 4ft SSW with a very long 16-second period (856 energy) – proper groundswell. Light cross-off wind. Sunday afternoon is the big highlight: glassy flat, 4ft, 15-second period, 822 energy. That’s as clean as it gets.
Monday, July 6th fades a bit – 3ft SW, 16-second period, but the afternoon turns glassy. Good, not peak.
Tuesday, July 7th is a beauty. Tuesday morning: glassy, 4ft SW, 16-second period, offshore wind. That’s another standout. Tuesday afternoon is also offshore with 3ft.
Wednesday, July 8th swell jumps to 5ft plus. Morning has a cross-on breeze, afternoon is onshore. This is expert territory.
Thursday, July 9th morning is the pick of the bigger stuff: 5ft SSW, 14-second period, glassy, strong energy (1185). Raw and clean.
Friday, July 10th afternoon is glassy with 5ft SW, 15-second period, 1220 energy. Another top-tier, expert session.
Saturday, July 11th morning is dead calm and glassy with 5ft SSW (14 sec). Beautiful. The swell slowly drops through the next week but stays clean.
Wednesday, July 15th is dead calm again – 5ft SSW, 15-second period, 938 energy. A real gem mid-week.
Friday, July 17th is glassy and calm all day – 4ft SW, 15-second period, 720 energy.
The final standout is Sunday, July 19th afternoon: 3ft SSW but a massive 19-second period. At this reef, that’ll be long, clean, dedicated lines. Cross-off wind. A perfect way to end the forecast.
Rusty.
