Table - best surf conditions forecast for Tel Baruch South Beach over the next 16 days.
Alright, Rusty here. Let’s talk about what’s on offer for the next couple of weeks.
Right off the bat, I gotta be straight with you – it’s a rough run. The whole 16-day window is looking pretty bleak for any decent surf. The first solid recommendation doesn’t even pop up until the very end, on July 27th. That’s a massive gap of days with just about nothing worth paddling out for.
We’ve got Tel Baruch South Beach to look at, and honestly, for most of the forecast, it’s a write-off. For days and days, the swell is tiny, the wind is mostly onshore or cross-onshore, and the wave energy is weak. The combined swell energy is barely breaking into double digits for most of it, sitting around 10 to 30 – that’s just not enough to get excited about. The water temp is about average for the time of year, nothing wild there.
The one small glimmer, and I mean *small*, is on Monday morning, July 27th. The weather’s clear, the wind goes dead calm – glassy as it gets – and we finally see a little bump. Swell is coming from the WNW at 4ft, with a period of 8 seconds. The combined energy jumps to 217 (moderate), which is the only time it gets into three digits. The waves are surfable, but even then, the report says "very ordinary conditions." It’s a beach break, so with that short period, it’s gonna be a bit fat and messy, but at least it’s clean. That’s your best shot, and it’s only for the experienced guys who are desperate – 4ft is fine, but it’s not gonna be a classic.
Bottom line: if you’re not willing to wait nearly two weeks for a glassy morning of small, ordinary waves, you’re better off doing something else. The setup is so poor for so long that it’s just not worth the hassle. The blank run is pretty normal for this area when the patterns are like this, so don’t hold your breath.
Rusty.
