Table - best surf conditions forecast for Bore over the next 16 days.
Rusty here, and it’s a bleak stretch for Bore for the next while.
From Friday the 10th to Monday the 20th of July, the surf is just poor day after day. Cross-shore and onshore winds from the NNW and NW are messing up any wave that shows up. Water temp is around 56°F – about normal for this time of year.
There’s a big spike on Monday the 20th: 12ft of NW swell with a 10-second period, and the combined energy is huge at 2302. But it’s too big for most, and the cross-shore wind will keep it ugly. This is for experts only.
Your best chance is Tuesday morning the 21st. Winds go glassy out of the WNW, and we get about 5ft of NW swell at 7 seconds. The energy is moderate at 217, and the glassy wind will make it clean. It’s not perfect, but it’s the best thing in a rough outlook. Get out there early before the wind turns.
After that, it’s back to poor conditions through the end of the outlook.
