Bore in South and West Norway is a fairly exposed beach break. Works best in offshore winds from the east. Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the best swell direction is from the west. The beach breaks consists of lefts. Good surf at all stages of the tide. A fairly popluar wave that can sometimes get crowded Be wary of rips - they make surfing here dangerous.
