Gas Chambers surf break:

“I am from Puerto Rico although I live in the US now. I have surfed this spot a couple of times which is a lot more than most people due to the fact that this spot only breaks a few times a year. This spot is absolute craziness. It is wild and dangerous, and a spectacle to all the people on the shoreline. It requires a very large north, northwest swells to be able to surf it, and it is the reason it only breaks a couple times a year. It breaks very close to rock cliffs that you do not want to end up on. The swells bounce back of the cliffs and create a backwash wave that meets up with oncoming waves and causes the wave to deform and open up in crazy spectacular ways throwing the lip so far out you can fit a bus inside the tube. Riders get ragdolled in the air if they are not able to maneuver the backwash. Busted boards are common, but the thrills are all worth it. This spot is located to the right of the "Crashboat" surf spot pier in the town of Aguadilla.”

El Unico surf break:

“I am from Puerto Rico although I live in the US now. I have surfed this spot a couple of times. It is mainly a buggie board spot. The wave is fast and hollow and it gets blown out easily. Best to surf it with no wind or winds from the south. It gets crowded and crazy but the line up is spread out. Not much trouble getting waves here. You will have more trouble not running into somebody. It could be surfed by boarders but it has to be on larger days and you have to be quick or risk getting thrown over and having your board busted. All sand here, no reef, but it breaks hard, very hard. It is located on highway 165 between Levittown and Dorado. When there is action going on you will see a lot of cars parked along side of the road.”
