  1. Eyeball hqEyeball Surfcheck: ‘Monday 20th august 6:45am - 2-3ft+. Cleanish fun waves on tap generally ranging in the waist high plus zone with light onshore w sea breezes. Check out the pushing tide later this morning for the best of it. Tides: 6.8m: low: 7:30am - high: 2:50pm - low: 8:10pm.’

  2. Porthcawl new logoMember Report 8am Monday. Rest Bay has plenty of swell but although the wind has dropped a lot - it hasn't cleaned up much, although there's some definate surfable waves in the 3-4ft region with a 12 sec period. It looks like it will stay that way for most of the day. Maybe a little smaller on the dropping tide this afternoon. Coney Beach is too low and still very messy - about 1-2ft - It coud be worth a look around high tide when it will give some shelter and about 2-3ft on sets. Actual Wavebouy 4ft 12 sec High Tide 2.20pm
