Gileston in The Vale of Glamorgan is a quite exposed beach break that has quite reliable surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Works best in offshore winds from the northeast. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights.
