Phil Osopher from Australia
“Can't count the amount of times I would pull up in the dirt and grass carpark under the pines and watch, as peaks would shape up from behind the pool and produce what looked like, short, yet makeable and hollow walls. Mostly a right hand break, the tide needs to be just right. It breaks onto a rock/sand bottom. Offers some protection from southerly winds, this place can be good. Finding the exact take-off point is essential to enjoying the wave. Can be frustrating and falls into the "looks-better-from-the-carpark" category. An OK option if the wind is into everything else.”
