Seabrook Beach Surf Guide

Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire is an exposed beach break that has quite consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the west. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the east. Waves at the beach break both left and right. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up.

“Great wave from 2 hours before low through 2 hours after low when its got a swell.
will even break on a small swell at low tide.
A faster wave than most in the area. It can be steep at low tide.”
