Good shelter from SE winds here allowed us to surf cleanish shoulder to head high waves after an easterly gale between here and Kapit had generated a 5m ESE swell that wrapped into Golden Bay. Incoming tide. Surf improved as the tide came in but it became a bit dark for taking images. Breaking about 300m-400m offshore.
