“The best swell for Montanita point it is ENE swell, but this happen just in the summer and isn't that often just a few per year...when it is happen is pumping the best condition the point can handle.

South swell the waves is different but still fun, for pumping the swell needs to be solid, for Pacasmayo be pumping like 8ft plus there....for Montanita get 6ft faces.

But every day you may surf, the point works pretty with all the tides and swell and prepare yourself the local are good surfers, a lot of shreddeds.”
