Barranquito in Lima is an exposed reef/jetty break that has very consistent surf and works all around the year. Works best in offshore winds from the east northeast. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the best swell direction is from the southwest. Right and better left hand reef breaks.. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Sometimes crowded. Take care of rocks, man-made danger (buoys etc...) and pollution.

“Decent lefts with a great access and parking nearby. It doesn't ever get really huge, yet is a nice spot for beginners to intermediate surfers.”
