Tres Picos in Lima is a fairly exposed beach break that usually has waves and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the northeast. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the best swell direction is from the southwest. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves. The quality of the surf isn't affected by the tide. When it's working here, it can get crowded. Beware of rocks and pollution.
