“I had a lovely stay with family for three months over the summer period. Austinmer is very nice. The beach is lovely and clean, a bit rough in the water at times though. I was very disappointed with the changing rooms. They are a disgrace, falling apart, paint coming off walls, cobwebs, old fashioned toilet cisterns, door locks are very poor and hooks are just nails. This is not acceptable for locals never mind all the tourist that pay a lot of money in the area for things. Also, the pool was not finished in time for summer and was slippery on the path leading to it as well as rough concrete that was easy to get hurt on. There are no excuses for these not to be put right.
Yours sincerely.”
