  1. Porthcawl new logoMember Report 7.15am Wednesday. Rest Bay is about 2-3ft but a little messy with the wind still onshore. We'll have a wave all day but likely to stay messy - 2ft on the drop and going 1ft around low tide. It should pick up with the incoming tide this afternoon/evening - 2-3ft again. Coney Beach is 1ft but clean, sheltered from the wind. It will go almost flat as the tide drops later this morning and won't give us much for most of the day - just 1-2ft around high tide later tonight - just before dark.
