  1. Surfwx SurfWX: ‘Newcastle surf report: Well it’s offshore, not sure if it’s going to last as winds down the coast are starting to head round to the S/SE. Think yesterday for the swell, couple of foot on a period of 7 seconds. Water is starting to drain off the banks so the bigger ones are tending to straight handers. Go the early and beat the wind.’ 7:15 PM Feb 13th from Newcastle Beach, 98 km away
