“Vouliagmeni is an inconsistant break near Athens. It will only provide surf after a southerly storm or stronger wind period. These conditions are not uncommon in winter. In the right conditions there will be groundswells as well as windswells. In summer it is mostly flat, because northerly winds dominate.”
