Ventura Point Surf Guide

Ventura Point/California Street in Ventura is a quite exposed reef and point break that has very reliable surf and works all around the year. The best wind direction is from the northeast. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the west. The right reef break is best, but there is a left reef too. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Often Crowded. Beware of rocks, pollution, rips.
