Visitor reviews of Sheboygan surf break
(NOTE: Reviews may be edited by our content team for the purposes of ensuring accurate and relevant information)
“Sheboygan sits dead center on lake Michigan with Green Bay blocking all winds from the North she is only 33 miles from the State of Michigan and has very limited Fetch from the south and Southeast which start breaking upon hitting the Mid-Lake Plateau. By the time any waves from the South or Southeast the are juiceless little mush balls.
You can check but what you will find is Sheboygan has the least Fetch of any other spot on all our Great Lakes. Sheboygan only breaks 10 to 12 times a year.”

“Best wave direction for this spot is not a NE unless you like getting blasted into a steel pier. Try a S or SW then this spot begins to show its stuff. (Thanks, we've made the corrections - ed.)”
