“Solid beach. Out of peak season, there are never that many people there and the surf is fairly consistent.”

“Go to the farthest beach entrance by the river wall. If it's firing at The Wall (NH), it can barrel here (10/1/2019). The sandbars change frequently here but if you pay attention to them you can definitely score. Currents are very strong at this location so be aware. I had the entire wave to myself and the beach is very secluded in the off season. Free parking and the facilities/showers were still operational beginning of October. You can reserve a camp site here as well if that's your thing.”

“Too may rules. You can not skimboard or surf until the guards leave at 5pm even though its a good wave beach to do so.”
