Paturau River Surf Photo: 'High Tide Paturau River' by Rob Davies

Always had Paturau down as a low-tide reef break but it seems it can also work on a very full tide. Looked to be shoulder high and hollow thanks to the easterly wind blowing offshore here. We headed down to Sandhills and came back here close to low and stayed a couple of hours.
