Parsons Beach Surf Guide

Parsons Beach in Adelaide is an exposed beach and reef break that has reasonably consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. The best wind direction is from the north. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves and in addition there are both left and right reef breaks.. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Beware of rocks and sharks.
