Ofir in Douro and Minho is an exposed sandbar break that has fairly consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Ideal winds are from the east northeast. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the best swell direction is from the northwest. The sandbar break offers both left and right hand waves. Sometimes crowded.
