“Nahant Beach provides some of the worst surfing in Massachusetts. When the surf does get half decent, it will get very crowded. Would not recommend surfing here to anyone! Nahant beach is very pretty though. I go there to enjoy the beach, but never to surf.”

“The water at Nahant Beach on Wednesday, August 18, 2011 was so disgusting you could not go in. There was so much algae or seaweed it was impossible to get through without getting covered with slime. I don't know what it was or if it was toxic.”
