Los Gatos Surf Guide

Los Gatos in West Guerrero is an exposed reef break that only works once in a while. Summer offers the favoured conditions for surfing. The best wind direction is from the north northeast. Groundswells are more common than windswells and the best swell direction is from the southwest. There is a left hand reef break. Good surf at all stages of the tide. When the surf is up, it can get quite busy in the water. Watch out for dangerous rips.
