“Not sure who is writing the write ups or ratings. Llundudno is a fairly consistent wave. The water here is generally colder than everywhere else due to the upwelling. It is crowded and on a good day depending on the tide can fire. At 3 feet it starts to heave at 4 to 6 is a board snapper. The right in the corner is the most consistent with a second peak slightly further to the middle. The left corner breaks rarely but can get good. Depending on the tide a lot of sets close out but there are definitely serious barrel opportunities if you are quick to your feet and fast down the line. But definitely one of Cape Towns most localized spots. And at 3'+ definitely not a wave for beginners as it gets heavy and is super shallow. And the last shark sighting I can remember was 4 years ago.”
