Le Sillon in Ile et Vilaine - Brittany is an exposed sandbar break that does not work very often. Summer in particular tends to be flat. Offshore winds blow from the southeast. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the west northwest. The sandbar break offers both left and right hand waves.
