Works best in offshore winds from the north northeast with some shelter here from north winds. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the south southeast. Waves at the beach break both left and right. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Often Crowded. Watch out for rips, rocks and sharks.
