“I was invited to surf here this week 9/16-9/25 because no local would tackle the large groomed sets coming from several storms.......seems Little Compton (no, not Crenshaw and Homieville) only surf at beach clubs on 3' wind slop closeouts......there were waves from 3- 10' with predominantly N winds and rides like Santa Cruz where I live....no one there! Breton pt was cross-wind, but reminded me of Haleiwa. Goosewing is an A-frame Sunset-type break left and right...Pretty heavy and slight tube sections. 2 more breaks west were points, but seemed could only handle waves less than 6'......we tried some fried clams (tasted like you know what stank!) and they reminded us of baby bulut! The citizens there are in a time warp wearing Puritan clothing and have sex with their clothes on.....damn! Gimme good ole Cal Pelosi liberalism any day!”

“It has been some time since I surfed Goosewing Beach. It was always a beautiful place. Surf wasn't always great but still fun. But on a good day in September, it was the best; but you had to be a good surfer, because the waves were big, long and fast. Best memory spent many weekends there with my first love whom I'll never forget, a beautiful strawberry blonde.”

“Tunipus Beach....private and inaccessible............owned by Nature Conservancy who cleared out all the riff-raff from Pawtucket and Nahant Beach 30 years ago! 4 distinct breaks: Brayton Pt., east along cliffs and mile walk to slo-poke right; during hurricane get's like Lunada Bay in Cal (holds 15'). Moving west, Goosewing Middle's, a fun l. and r. 100 yd. slide (1-6'); can barrel on peaky swells and strong offshore; has sharp barnacles and bad rips to east. Furthur west, Corner's (in front of stinky leach field from trailer park!), an excellent lengthy right like Rincon (crowds) and lastly, the Cove, a racy 100 right on s/se swells....tubes and giant rocks (half mile walk along jagged boulders and people tossing beer and sardine cans from Fairhaven.)”
