“Visited and surfed 4 times only. These are my observations: Best at high tide - the wave is steeper, more powerful, moe interesting, closer to shore and more makeable. Paddle out on the right side of the beach as on the left side it is chaos and can be impossible to get out even if the surf isn't even that big. The current is strong and will pull you quickly into that chaos on the left side anyway (and then further out to sea)and sometimes the only solution to get back to the interesting waves is to come in, walk back up the beach and paddle out again. The times I have been there the most interesting waves have been lefts, going against the current - often steep, tubular and powerful - not usually very long but they make up for that in power and excitement.”
