Cabo Pulmo in Baja Sur is a quite exposed beach reef and point break that has pretty consitent surf. Summer offers the favoured conditions for surfing. Offshore winds are from the west northwest with some shelter here from north winds. Groundswells are more common than windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the south. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves. Relatively few surfers here, even on good days. Watch out for coral and sharks.
