Clean groundswells prevail and the ideal swell direction is from the south southwest. Waves at the beach tend to peel to the left. Best around mid tide. When it's working here, it can get crowded. Beware of locals and sharks.

“It's rarely good, and it's a mediocre wave at its best. Stinson beach is a much better option. Stinson beach has lots of parking, unlike this spot where you can wait up to 2 hours to get a parking spot.”
