Bang Saphan in Gulf of Thailand is a sheltered beach break that does not work very often. Nov-April (Wet Season) provides best time of year for waves. Offshore winds are from the north northwest. Most of the surf comes fis in the form of windswells and the ideal wave direction is from the south southeast. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves. Good surf at all stages of the tide. An uncrowded break, even when it is working. Watch out for - Rocks.
