Baleal Reef Surf Guide

Baleal Reef in Peniche is a fairly exposed beach break that has reasonably consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the south southwest. Groundswells and windswells are equally likely and the ideal swell angle is from the north northwest. A left hand reef break. A fairly popluar wave that can sometimes get crowded Beware of locals and pollution.
