Arashi Beach in Aruba is an exposed beach break. The optimum conditions for surfing are during the hurricane season. Works best in offshore winds from the east northeast and there is no shelter here from cross shore breezes. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the best swell direction is from the northwest. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. It's sometimes crowded here. Beware of urchins and rocks.
