Algarrobo in Santiago is an exposed reef/Pier break that is often working. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. The best wind direction is from the east northeast. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. A left hand reef. Best around high tide.
