West Cape break guide

West Cape Surf Guide

West Cape in Yorke Peninsula is an exposed reef break that has quite consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds blow from the north northwest. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. A choice of left and right reefs. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Beware of rips, rocks, sharks and isolation.
