Los Veneros in Nayarit is a fairly exposed beach and reef break that has reliable surf. Winter is the optimum time of year for surfing here. Offshore winds blow from the east. Clean groundswells prevail and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. A right hand reef break. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Watch out for urchins and rocks.
