Takoradi Surf Guide

Takoradi on the Gold Coast is an exposed reef break that has reasonably consistent surf. The surf tends to be best in the spring. Works best in offshore winds from the north. Groundswells and windswells are equally likely and the best swell direction is from the south southwest. There is no beach break and there is a right hand reef break as well.. Rarely crowded here. Rocks are a hazard.
