Stuart Rocks in South Florida is an exposed reef break that has consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Ideal winds are from the west. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the optimum swell angle is from the northeast. The left hand reef break is better than the right.. Best around low tide when the tide is rising.
