“The St Augustine Beach Pier sits south of Pope Rd and A1A Beach Blvd. The beach is wind,clean and not crowded. The best time to go fishing from the pier is at high tide. Parking at the pier is free. To sigh see from the pier is $1.00, fishing is $3.00 depending on age. The pier is open from 6am to 10pm. Bait and tackle are available for purchase as well as snacks and gifts. Many surfers enjoy the waves around the pier. When fishing from the pier you do not have to purchase a separate fishing license.”
