“This place reels like Mundaka. Spooky because of great white shark presence but possibly the best left in California when the conditions are right. I was there one day without a board and watched spitting barrels with no one out for hours...”

“This place sucks every time I go there , it is on shore buoy and Gerry & Larry and my other brother Long Board Larry are out in powder puff mush buckets mate; with no juice to save your life to get to shore very quickly indeed of perhaps in need to get to shore from the 20 footer or perhaps the larger one right off of Bird rock and Pierce pt that my friend had seen fishing with his dad last sunday !”

“Sharks and more sharks! 75 whites tagged last year 2010. The bar sucks now....no more sand since the Lawson's sold and trucked out the local dunes which were vital to the what used to be the wave called "shark pit". Don't waist your time, those dunes wont be the same for another 10,000 years.”
