Sandend Bay Surf Guide

Sandend Bay on the East Coast is a fairly exposed beach and point break that has fairly consistent surf. Winter and spring are the best times of year to visit. Offshore winds blow from the south. Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the best swell direction is from the north northeast. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves and there is also a left hand point break. It very rarely gets crowded here. Take care to avoid the rocks.
