Rush reef Surf Guide

Rush reef in Great Abaco is an exposed reef break that has quite reliable surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Ideal winds are from the west. Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the best swell direction is from the northeast. There is a right breaking reef. It very rarely gets crowded here. Beware of urchins, sharks,coral reef.
