Playa de Madorra in Galicia is a quite exposed beach break that does not work very often. Winter is the optimum time of year for surfing here. The best wind direction is from the southeast with some shelter here from south winds. Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the best swell direction is from the northwest. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Rarely crowded here.
