Parler on the East Coast is an exposed reef break that is often working, although summer tends to be mostly flat. The best wind direction is from the southwest. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the north northeast. A right hand reef break. The quality of the surf isn't affected by the tide. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded. Hazards include urchins, rips, rocks and sharks.
