PG2 in - is an exposed beach/Jetty break that only works once in a while. Winter is the optimum time of year for surfing here. The best wind direction is from the east northeast. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the optimum swell angle is from the southwest. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. The quality of the surf isn't affected by the tide. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded. Watch out for sharks.
