Le Manege in Cote d'Azur is an exposed reef break that has unreliable waves. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. Ideal winds are from the east northeast with some shelter here from north winds. Most of the surf comes fis in the form of windswells and the ideal wave angle is from the west southwest.
