“Kinda funny that this spot is listed. Growing up on Maui in the '70s, before the "Ironwood" condominiums were build, we used to surf this spot when there was almost no swell, and we were feeling desperate. It wasn't called "Ironwood Beach" in those days. It was called "Sh*t Falls," because the waves were so incredibly bad. Only for the desperate.”
